Gryphon Technologies, a US company that provides engineering and technical services to national security agencies, announced on 2 January that it has acquired US consulting firm Omnitec Solutions.
P.J. Braden, Gryphon’s CEO, said Omnitec’s expertise in information systems, software, and process improvement is a “strategic fit with Gryphon's focus on digital transformation engineering.”
Morris Brown, Omnitec’s CEO, said his firm’s “customers and employees will benefit immensely from the expanded technical and programme management capabilities and efficiencies of scale that this combination creates.”
Omnitec, which was privately owned, was founded in 1999 and is based in Bethesda, Maryland, near Washington, DC.
