Hui Huliau, a Hawaii-based federal services provider, has acquired technical support firm LNO Inc., whose customers include the US Army.
"Hui Huliau is continuing to execute its plan to become one of the nation's premier organisations in the US federal sector by adding to its stable of operating units," Hui Huliau (pronounced hoo-wee hoo-lee-ow) said in a press release on 10 October.
The transaction closed on 1 October. Terms were not disclosed.
LNO, which has more than 120 employees, provides a wide range of services, including cybersecurity operations and communications equipment training. Founded in 2008, it is headquartered in Evans, Georgia, near Augusta, and has satellite facilities in Bagram, Afghanistan.
