KBR has been awarded a USD45.9-million contract from the US Air Force Installation Contracting Center (AFICC) to provide logistics IT support to Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR), the company announced on 2 July in a press release.

The company is required to serve on this contract for 56 months.

The agreement was awarded under the Department of Defense Information Analysis Center’s (DoD IAC) multiple-award contract (MAC), and KBR will be responsible for providing technology services to the NAVAIR’s Logistics and Maintenance Information Systems and Technology Division.

The contract includes sustainment and engineering services such as research, analysis, development, design, unit trialling, validation, and verification integration testing.
