The German Army has selected Systematic's SitaWare Headquarters software to support its deployable command-and-control (C2) capabilities, the Danish company has disclosed.
SitaWare Headquarters software will be deployed with the German Army in support of the NATO Enhanced Force Presence (EFP) battlegroup in Lithuania, company officials told Jane's . The software will be used by the 10th Armoured Division's 104th Tank Battalion, providing a common operating picture for ground commanders as well as shared information with partners from the Lithuanian Land Forces, Systematic added.
Lithuanian Land Forces use SitaWare Headquarters and Frontline software products, the latter of which will be integrated on board the forces' 'Vilkas' Boxer armoured fighting vehicles (AFVs).
